67-year-old patient with facial aging, jowling, and prominent platysmal bands underwent a deep plane facelift and platysmaplasty. The procedure addressed the jowls, recreated the jaw line, and treated the mid-face laxity. In addition, a neck lift was performed to give the patient's neck a more contoured and youthful appearance. Her after photos were taken 2 months post-op.
