When we get fillers, we want them to look as natural as possible. The Wise Center is an exclusive provider of the new, FDA-approved RHA fillers, which are designed to be resilient both at rest and in motion. Get natural-looking results for dynamic areas of the face.
What Are RHA Fillers?
RHA fillers, short for Resilient Hyaluronic Acid fillers, is a collection of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers FDA-approved to treat dynamic facial wrinkles and folds that occur due to squinting, laughing, frowning, etc. The RHA Collection by Revance is brand-new to the U.S. market but has been in successful use across Europe for five years. It’s the world’s first line of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers that are FDA-approved to treat dynamic wrinkles and nasolabial folds.
Working to address the same common concerns that other hyaluronic fillers like Juvéderm® and Restylane® are used to treat, the RHA difference mainly comes from the amount of crosslinking between them, helping the results of RHA Collection fillers look more natural and last far longer than dermal fillers from other brands. RHA® Collection results are designed to last for as long as 15 months.
Most dermal fillers falter when treating dynamic wrinkles because they make you look stiff and unnatural. However, RHA fillers adapt perfectly to your facial movements, smoothing out the wrinkles without making you look frozen or stiff.
What Can RHA Fillers Treat?
Dermal fillers are usually the preferred injectable cosmetic solutions for facial fine lines and wrinkles. However, most dermal fillers aren’t capable of treating dynamic wrinkles, i.e., the lines that appear due to the overuse of facial muscles, such as the laugh lines, forehead lines, and nasolabial folds. That changes with RHA fillers.
RHA fillers treat:
- Loss of facial volume
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Skin dryness
- Dynamic wrinkles
- Nasolabial folds and marionette lines
- Lines around the mouth
- Cobblestone chin

FAQ
How do RHA fillers work?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring, biocompatible, and biodegradable gel that makes your skin appear moisturized, supple, smooth, and voluminous. Hyaluronic acid retains moisture, capable of holding 1,000 times its own weight in moisture, a factor that allows it to give your skin a dewy, moist, and voluminous appearance. However, your body’s ability to produce hyaluronic acid diminishes with age, resulting in fine lines, dry skin, hollow cheeks, etc. Like most other dermal fillers, RHA fillers infuse your skin with hyaluronic acid to enhance its ability to retain moisture and add facial fullness, filling out fine lines and wrinkles. However, RHA fillers set themselves apart from other dermal fillers because they have a unique manufacturing process. Unlike other dermal fillers, RHA fillers minimize chemical treatments to maintain the hyaluronic acid’s natural structure and integrity. When injected into the skin, RHA fillers infuse your skin with biocompatible HA that resembles your skin’s natural HA. As such, RHA fillers produce natural-looking results that are equally effective at rest and in motion. Even if you laugh, squint, or frown, the HA will work perfectly with your skin to make you look natural, so you don’t have to worry about looking stiff or having “frozen” expressions.
