This 59-year-old patient was seeking facial rejuvenation and came to the Wise Center for Plastic Surgery for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Wise. It was decided that a deep plane facelift combined with CO2 laser skin resurfacing would be the best approach to help her achieve her desired outcome. With the deep plane facelift, Dr. Wise was able to lift and reposition the deep facial tissues (SMAS layer) to address sagging in the lower half of her face. This was paired with CO2 laser skin resurfacing to improve her overall skin texture, resulting in a smooth, cohesive, and rejuvenated appearance. Her after photos were taken at her two-month follow-up appointment, and she is thrilled with the results.
